What is your rate?

The fee for a 50-minute session is $150.

How do we meet?

Sessions are held virtually through a secure, HIPPA-compliant telehealth platform. Prior to the appointment, you will receive a link to join the visit. All you need is a reliable internet connection, a video device (phone, table, or laptop), and a private, comfortable space where you can speak openly.

What states do you provider therapy services in?

I am licensed to offer therapy to clients in both California and Tennessee. Due to licensing restrictions, clients must be physically located in California or Tennessee during the session, regardless of where they reside.

Do you accept insurance?

I am an out-of-network therapy provider and am not paneled with any insurance companies. However, some health plans include out-of-network benefits, which may allow you to be reimbursed for a portion of the session fee.

If you have a qualified diagnosis, I recommend contacting your insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network coverage and the steps required for reimbursement.

Under the law, therapists must give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for counseling. What can I expect?

Prior to the initial appointment, clients complete intake paperwork which I review before the session. The first visit focuses on history of the presenting problem and an overview of your life.

Visits are 50 minutes, scheduled weekly or biweekly.
